In the End Chapter two part one

I reach into the fridge, grabbing a Keiths and a ginger ale. I reach for the dish towel which I would use to get a better grip on the bottle's cap. The rag is discoloured. What was once so white now has a burgundy tinge to it. I stare at it for a moment.
"Do you need help with that?" I jump. I hadn't heard Tyr come into the kitchen. He walks towards me, taking the bottle from my hand and opening it easily, without using the towel that I am still holding. He smiles at me then takes a sip. His green eyes loo

Paint

The stark white light
Bouncing off of the canvas,
Illuminating
The mars black texture
That is her hair;
The one who's hair flows in the calm wind
Lofting through the artist's open window.

The dried paint
Along his hands
Crack at the seams
As he holds the brush
Twirling it in wet paint.

The oil colour,
A dark yet vibrant red,
Coating the fine bristols,
Saturating them.

They graze across the canvas.
Adding a crimson-lipped smile
To her delicate face.

The texture of the canvas is being covered
By the light, feathery touch
Of the fine brush sweeping across the surface.

The girl,
For that is all she is,
Quivers in the breez

Teach Me

How to feel,
How to breathe?

Can you hold me
In your arms,
And lead me?

Can you feel me
Within your grasp?
My heart beating fast.

Can you break me down?
I know you can,
Simply leave me here alone.

How to hold my breath,

Too invisible to you.

This world is beyond my understanding,
So teach me how to tell you
That I still love you.

The Thin Line

Walking the thin line,
'tween plain and sublime.
That's where you see me fall.
So tall until I fall.

Struggling to hold on.
Struggling for so long.
Tiptoeing across the line.
Just waiting for my sign.

In the sunless day,
watch me fade away.
I'm always in between.
I'm there but never seen.

Walking on tight rope,
'tween dispair and hope.
The centre of the two,
Wishing I'd follow you.

Wanting to move on.
Wanting for too long.
To move towards a side.
To reach it 'fore I die.

In the moonless night,
I feel fine, alright.
No light to see what's lost.
No ache to feel exhaust.

From my perch up high,
See my spirit fly,

Castor Bean Plantby =robostorm

I saw this at the Trius/ Hildebrand winery at Niagara-on-the-Lake. I looked it up online and found out that it is probably a Castor Bean Plant which seems odd since I didn't think that those grew in Canada... anyway, hope y'all enjoy! And this has not been altered in anyway except to add the water mark. This also should go without saying but do not steal this !
